Extrusion drawing versus finished-component drawing
Provide both when machining is required. The extrusion drawing defines the continuous section; the component drawing defines holes, slots, cut lengths and other processing. Mark datum surfaces and inspection points to help both teams discuss the same acceptance criteria.
Before approving a production order
- Confirm alloy, temper and critical dimensions for the intended application.
- Agree whether the supply scope includes cutting, drilling or other machining.
- Define finish protection and packing for sensitive mating or visible surfaces.
- Use drawing revisions and part numbers on samples, quotations and packing lists.
Do not treat a base-material sample report as a structural design approval. Load-bearing applications need a project-specific engineering specification. Send new designs to our custom aluminum extrusion manufacturer enquiry, or use the aluminum profile supplier page to discuss available sections and mixed orders.
Factory supply, minimum order and lead time
- Production equipment: 30 extrusion presses.
- In-stock products: no minimum order quantity; confirm the section, finish and available quantity.
- Custom orders: MOQ starts at 300 kg. Confirm how the minimum applies to your section and finish mix in the quotation.
- Typical lead time: approximately 15–25 days. Confirm the start date, tooling requirements and shipping schedule for your order; this is not a guaranteed delivery-to-door time.
- International enquiries: send your destination country, required documents and delivery terms for an export quotation.
Check the documents for your selected profile
Material report L26-WT6629, dated 22 July 2026, covers a submitted 6060-T66 JNW base-material sample. It reports that the 16 inspected items meet GB/T 5237.1-2017. These results apply only to that sample, not every product or finished window. Read the factory material-test summary and request the complete report. Confirm applicable CE or Australian-standard documents separately for the exact product.
