Define the function first
Tell us whether the requirement concerns a powered sliding opening, access control, remote operation or another function. These features involve different hardware and interfaces. A general request for a smart door does not define the motor, controller, lock or operating sequence.
Coordinate the door and control requirements
Provide the opening dimensions, panel arrangement, glass build-up and estimated usage. Identify the proposed power supply, control method and installation location. The selected drive and controls must be suitable for the approved door assembly. Compatibility with a particular platform or protocol should be confirmed for the actual products rather than assumed.

Review safety and installation
Discuss manual operation, power-loss behavior, user access and the safeguards required by the project. The responsible installer and project team should review the complete system against applicable requirements. Confirm the commissioning process and maintenance responsibilities before ordering.
What to send for a technical discussion
Share drawings, quantities, the intended control functions, site conditions and destination. MT Flying will review the available product scope with you. The product images here illustrate aluminum door and hardware references; they do not by themselves confirm that a displayed configuration includes a motor or smart controls.
Factory support for your order
MT Flying connects aluminum profile production with window and door system knowledge. Our team can review the section, finish, related components and requested processing as one supply plan.
Confirm the approved drawings, material list, inspection requirements, packing and shipment arrangements before releasing production.
Frequently asked questions
Does every MT Flying sliding door include a motor?
No. Motorized operation must be specifically requested and confirmed for the selected configuration.
Can you confirm compatibility with my control system?
Send the controller or integration requirements. Compatibility and the necessary components must be checked before a configuration is quoted.
